Configuring SAML for Zoho CRM
REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL
Bitium: All account levels; must be an admin to set up
Zoho CRM: Paid plans; must be an admin to set up
Go to “Manage Apps.”
Select “Zoho CRM” from the list of installed apps.
Select the “Single Sign-On” tab.
From the dropdown, select “SAML Authentication.”
Enter your verified Zoho domain into the Domain field in Bitium.
Copy the Login URL, Logout URL, and X.509 Certiifcate
Click “Save” in Bitium
In another window open up Zoho CRM.
In Zoho CRM:
You must have verified your domain in Zoho -https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do#domains
Create a Portal URL of your choice in Zoho.
Paste the Login URL copied from Bitium in Step 5 into the Login URL field in Zoho.
Paste the Logout URL copied from Bitium in Step 5 into the Logout URL and Change Password URL fields in Zoho.
Paste the X.509 Certificate copied from Bitium in Step 5 into the PublicKey field in Zoho.
Set the Algorithm in Zoho to RSA.
Click “Ok” in Zoho.
Once one app is fully configured as listed above, you’ll be able to enable other apps in the Zoho suite (Zoho CRM Plust and Zoho Mail) with SAML by adding the app in Bitium, enabling SAML, and saving your domain in Bitium for that app.
