Configuring SAML for Uservoice
REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL
Bitium: All account levels; must be an admin to set up
Uservoice: Enhanced or Pro accounts only
Go to “Manage Apps.”
Select “Uservoice” from the list of installed apps.
Select the “Single Sign-On” tab.
From the dropdown, select “SAML Authentication.”
Leave your Bitium window open.
Log in to Uservoice in a new tab and go to Settings -> Web Portal
Click “edit” in the “User Authentication” area.
Change the Sign-In Method to Single Sign-On (SSO) by clicking the radio button, as shown in image below.
Paste (1) and (2) from Bitium as indicated below, and attach (3) as the new token signing certificate.
Go back to the Single Sign-On tab for Uservoice and click the “Save Changes” button.
SAML Enabled will be illuminated in green once completed.
