Configuring SAML for Trello

REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL

Bitium: All account levels; must be an admin to set up

Trello: Enterprise account; must be admin to set up

Setting up SAML for Trello requires you to send an email to your Trello account manager or customer support rep. They will manually activate your account in accordance with the instructions below:

  1. Go to “Manage Apps.”

  2. Select Trello from the list of installed apps.

  3. Click the “Single Sign-On” tab.

  4. Click the dropdown menu and select “SAML authentication.”

  5. Copy the Login URL and X.509 Certificate from Bitium. Email these to Trello, and let them know you would like SAML enabled for your account.

  6. When Trello responds, they will provide you with a URL. Copy the URL they provide, and paste it into the “ACS URL” field in Bitium.

  7. Click “Save Changes” in Bitium.

SAML Enabled will be illuminated in green once completed.
