Configuring SAML for SugarCRM
REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL
Bitium: All account levels; must be an admin to set up
SugarCRM: All account levels; must be an admin to set up
Go to “Manage Apps.”
Select “SugarCRM” from the list of installed apps.
Select the “Single Sign-On” tab.
From the dropdown, select “SAML Authentication.”
Leave your Bitium window open.
Log into your SugarCRM Admin account
Select the “Admin” menu in the upper right, and then select “Password Management”
Check the box that says “Enable SAML Authentication” under the “SAML Authentication” heading
After the box is checked, you will automatically be taken to a page with empty fields. Copy the appropriate information from the Bitium Single Sign-On screen and paste it into the corresponding field on the page in SugarCRM.
Go back to the Single Sign-On tab for SugarCRM and click the “Save Changes” button.
SAML Enabled will be illuminated in green once completed.
