Configuring SAML for RingCentral
REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL
Bitium: All account levels; must be an admin to set up
RingCentral: Standard, Premium, or Enterprise
Go to “Manage Apps.”
Select “RingCentral” from the list of installed apps.
Select the “Single Sign-On” tab.
From the dropdown, select “SAML Authentication.”
Enter in ‘https://service.ringcentral.com/mobile/ssoLogin’ for the “SAML relay” field.
Download the Metadata XML file from Bitium. Email this to RingCentral along with a request for account to be SAML enabled.
Click “Change Provider” in Bitium to save.
When RingCentral responds, your setup is complete and your users will login to RingCentral using SAML.
SAML Enabled will be illuminated in green once completed.
