Configuring SAML for Lifesize Cloud
REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL
Bitium: All account levels; must be an admin to set up
Lifesize Cloud: Enterprise accounts only
Go to “Manage Apps.”
Select “Lifesize Cloud” from the list of installed apps.
Select the “Single Sign-On” tab.
From the dropdown, select “SAML Authentication.”
Leave your Bitium window open and continue in a new tab.
In Lifesize Cloud:
While logged in as an admin, click “Advanced Settings” from the “Team” dropdown.
Click on SSO Integration.
Copy the Entity ID from Bitium. Paste it into the “Identity Provider Issuer” field in Lifesize.
Copy the Login URL from Bitium. Paste it into the “Login URL” field in Lifesize.
Copy the X.509 Certificate from Bitium. Paste it into the “Certificate” field in Lifesize.
Type “FirstName” into the “First Name” field in Lifesize, under Attributes.
Type “LastName” into the “Last Name” field in Lifesize, under Attributes.
Type “EmailAddress” into the “Email” field in Lifesize, under Attributes.
Copy the “Relay State” from Lifesize. Paste it into the “SAML Relay State” field in Bitium.
Choose “Enabled” from the Status dropdown menu in Lifesize. Update your settings.
Go back to the Single Sign-On tab for Lifesize Cloud and click the “Save Changes” button.
SAML Enabled will be illuminated in green once completed.
