Configuring SAML for Engagedly

REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL

Bitium: All account levels; must be an admin to set up

Engagedly: All account levels, must be an admin to set up

In Bitium:

  1. Go to “Manage Apps.”

  2. Select “Engagedly” from the list of installed apps.

  3. Select the “Single Sign-On” tab.

  4. From the dropdown, select “SAML Authentication.”

  5. Copy the Entity ID, Login URL, and X.509 Certificate.

    Leave your Bitium window open.

In Engagedly:

  1. Navigate to https://{yourDomain}.engagedly.com/admin#organisation/saml_settings

  2. Copy the ACS URL from Engagedly.

  3. Copy the Entity ID from Engagedly.

  4. Paste the Entity ID copied from Bitium in Step 5 into the Identity Provider Issuer field in Engagedly.

  5. Paste the Login URL copied from Bitium in Step 5 into the Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL field in Engagedly.

  6. Paste the X.509 Certificate copied from Bitium in Step 5 into the Identity Provider X.509 Certificate field in Engagedly.

  7. Check the “Enable SAML box” in Engagedly and click “Save.”

In Bitium:

  1. Paste the ACS URL copied from Engagedly in Step 2 into the ACS URL field in Bitium.
  2. Paste the Entity ID copied from Engagedly in Step 3 into the Entity ID field in Bitium.
  3. Click “Save” in Bitium.
