Configuring SAML for Docusign

REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL

Bitium: All account levels; must be an admin to set up

Docusign: Enterprise account required

  1. Go to “Manage Apps.”

  2. Select “Docusign” from the list of installed apps.

  3. Select the “Single Sign-On” tab.

  4. From the dropdown, select “SAML Authentication.”

  5. In the fields that appear, enter the production endpoint you use for your DocuSign account. It will be one of the following URLs:

  6. Click “Save Changes” in Bitium

  7. Email the x.509 Cert and Login Url to your account representative or customer support at DocuSign.

  8. When DocuSign responds, SAML will be fully enabled for this account.

SAML Enabled will be illuminated in green once completed.
