Configuring SAML for BetterWorks
REQUIRED ACCOUNT/PERMISSION LEVEL
Bitium: All account levels; must be an Admin to set up
BetterWorks: Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable; Must be admin to set up
Go to “Manage Apps.”
Select “BetterWorks” from the list of installed apps.
Click the “Single Sign-On” tab.
Click the dropdown menu and select “SAML authentication.”
Copy the Metadata XML from Bitium.
Obtain your organization-specific saml_token from your Customer Success Manager at BetterWorks. Paste this into the SAML Token field in Bitium.
Click “Save Changes”
Send over the Metadata XML copied in Step 5 to your Customer Success Manager at BetterWorks and ask them to setup the SAML connection on your account. JIT provisioning is also available upon request.
Your Customer Success Manager at BetterWorks will respond with a time to enable and test your SAML implementation with Bitium.
